A private institution was established in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the name (Manama Charitable Fund) and it was registered on September 8, 2001 under registration number (7 / m / f / p / 2001) in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Associations and Social and Cultural Clubs and private bodies working in the field of youth and sports And private institutions issued by Decree Law No. (21) for the year 1989 and the ministerial decisions issued in implementation thereof. The Foundation (Manama Charitable Fund) has been transformed into (Manama Charitable Society) according to Law No. (42) for the year 2009 according to amending some provisions of the Law on Associations and Social and Cultural Clubs and private bodies working in the field of youth and sports and the institutions issued by Decree Law No. (21) For the year 1979 and Resolution No. (19) for the year 2010 determining the conditions and procedures for converting private institutions into associations and registered in the register of registration of associations and social and cultural clubs under registration No. (76 / c / k). Where her legal personality was installed from the date of its publication in No. 2982 of the Official Gazette on January 12, 2011.
